Elementary Grading Guidelines

 

For each nine-week report card period, the minimum number of grades to be used in calculating the nine-week average for each core subject and/or course is as follows:

Grades 2:  Math, Reading, and Writing grades will be numerical this year.  Grades will be academic achievement and academic pratice grades per nine weeks.  Science and Social Studies grades will be standards based (E,S,N,U)

 

E =Excellent

S =Satisfactory

N = Needs Improvement

U = Unstaisfactory
